“Worth the money”
Stayed in their Executive Suite for 1 night. Honestly, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed in Penang. From the luxury designs, comfy beds, branded furniture & utilities, to its small tiny detail of convenience of the placement of equipments in room and many more! Worth the money to stay. ... more

“Fantastic Hotel and Great Location”
Rooms are large, stylish with everything you need. The location is set within a stones throw of the shopping mall, restaurants, coffee shops and Hawker Centre. If you enjoy running, you can run along to the new sea front promenade to catch the Sunrise. I will definitely come back.

“Normal”
Nothing To shout at and need a room of improvement on the cleanliness of the room booked. Rate charges is overprice with the condition and facilities. Breakfast limited variety and not much choices and not worth the price.

“Good and bad of the hotel”
Customer service was good but food wise is not nice at all for breakfast as it is tasteless. Check-in payment done in advance was not updated in system and aircon was not cold at all.
