Yes, guests at Holiday Inn Resort Penang have highlighted that: I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn for the Raya Weekend. It wasn't easy, stepping out after 10 weeks of self-isolation during the MCO. We were concerned about exposure and safety. But we were desperate to get out and so we took the plunge. And boy am I glad that we did. It was one of the most refreshing hotel stay we've had in a long time. From the booking procedure itself, where a very patient and accommodating Seema helped me, to the actual stay, everything was fabulous. The staff was courteous and prompt. They went out of the way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We even got an upgrade on our room. After months of lost business, I could see their enthusiasm and eagerness to welcome customers once again. The property itself is a bit old but the location and the services more than made up for it. My litte pne lovesd their food too, so that's a big plus. I'd definitely visit them again.
