“Incredible place to stay”

This summer (2024), we stayed at the Hotel Narutis for just over 3 weeks, and we had the best stay. As I have problems with stairs, I did much research about the available hotels to be sure that there would be the minimum of stairs to climb. Our son, a Vilnius resident, went to the Hotel, and check… more

“Charming boutique hotel in the heart of Vilnius”

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Cost boutique hotel, elegant and charming. We also had a very nice dinner there, the beef filet is a strong recommend. Rooms are spacious and with all state of the art comfort. We only stayed for one night, but we will come back

“Wonderful location, helpful staff.”

Absolutely delightful hotel with the best location, helpful & friendly staff, fabulous breakfast, tasteful furnishings & very comfortable beds. My only worry was the shower over the bath. If you are concerned about accessibility of bathrooms, check first if your room is ok. Otherwise, I 100% recomm… more

Their care, helpfulness and attentiveness went really far! Parking can be a large issue as spaces are not alw… more

  • Guests at Narutis Hotel say: This summer (2024), we stayed at the Hotel Narutis for just over 3 weeks, and we had the best stay. As I have problems with stairs, I did much research about the available hotels to be sure that there would be the minimum of stairs to climb. Our son, a Vilnius resident, went to the Hotel, and checked out which rooms, we could reach without stairs, and recommended Room #411, which is just about across from the elevator, not one stair to climb, has a walk in shower, and large windows, which open wide unto Pilies g., which is the main street in Old Town Vilnius. When we arrived, and were shown to our room, we were absolutely delighted with all the comfortable space, and the million dollar view of the Church and Tower across the street. Since a total of 14 family members were in Vilnius at the same time (all staying in different hotels), we knew that our room would be a lovely gathering place for us all. Narutis is so well located. There are good restaurants close by, in all directions, and that intersection is like a hub for a tourist. Next morning, we went down to the free breakfast, and had to rub our eyes. Never have we seen such a feast. There are so many choices, both hot and cold, and if you don't like the choices on the buffet tables, you can order something off a menu. We were there for 22 breakfasts, and did not get to taste everything, as there was so much variety. And.......the bread (baked fresh every morning) was so unbelievably good. The breakfast area is one floor down from the Lobby, and the rooms (2 are for eating) look like something out of a castle. The tables (covered with crisp white tablecloths) are nicely spaced, so you have privacy, and can go back to the buffet tables, without bumping into chairs or elbows. The Lobby looks like it was once a courtyard. It is small, but oh so cozy and picturesque! We loved sitting there, and enjoying the surrounding inside balconies and plants. The restaurant is top notch, and while hotel restaurants are not our favorites, this one was so favored, that we ate many meals there (both lunch and dinner). Family members joined us for many of those meals, which they, also, enjoyed immensely. As mentioned, our room was huge, as was the bathroom. The soft bed linens were heavenly to sleep on, and we can't remember when we slept so soundly and so well. The weather was lovely, and we only needed to run the air conditioning system for short periods, three or four times. It was top of the line, and cooled the large room immediately. Everything we needed was in that room, and it was kept spotless by housekeeping. At home, and everywhere we go, we sleep with the windows open. And we love "street noise"! During the day, we heard all sorts of musicians, at night it was quiet, except, perhaps, for one accordion player, who lulled us to sleep. We are guessing that since this is such an old building, it is so solid, that you hear no noise at all from any neighboring rooms, or around the elevator. We knew that the hotel was full, yet, when we were in our room, we felt like we were the only ones on the fourth floor. Interesting that we could keep those large (without any screens) windows open, day and night, and not one bug entered the room. There were flocks of swallows living around the church roof across the street, and, perhaps, it was they, who kept the bugs away. We really enjoyed their singing at dusk. The staff; breakfast crew, restaurant servers, housekeeping, and front desk were attentive, caring and accommodating. Everyone had a great attitude, friendly personalities, and great customer skills. I just cannot believe that we had such a great stay. It was simply wonderful. However. After all that business about stairs, the sole elevator did break down 3 times, while we were there, and was "Out of Order" for a total of 13 days during our stay. Front Desk did everything they could to make it easier for me, but these things do happen, and through no fault of their own. Elevator company specialists were there constantly, but as with all older things, parts were no longer available for this 1994 model from Finland, and they had to make the part themselves, which was not easy task. Once I got the hang of climbing four flights of stairs several times a day, I managed it. Besides, then I could eat more of that delicious food, with desserts to follow, as I "climbed" it all off. Upon our return, I had doctor visits, and I showed all of them photos of the inside stairs, and told them about the elevator breakdowns. My doctors were so proud of me. Wish I were back at Hotel Narutis!
