On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Very good value for money”
Stayed in this property for 4 night. Very friendly personal, even bring us congrats for birthday (was no expected at all). Very good breakfast - various and tasty. Clean room. Walking distance from old city - just about 15 minutes.

“The breakfast”
Their breakfast beats any continental or full breakfast offered. It’s like a brunch spread, everyday. They definitely make sure you set out on your sightseeing journey with a full stomach. Bon Appetit!!

Really pretty u Not much use for tourists! FAR from the old town and they don't offer anything to eat except breakfast. So ... if you want to see anything or eat anything, expect to walk at least 25 minutes!! Despite a good shower and a comfy matrass, room was also pretty terrible: so small that there was no place for 2 people to stand at the same time, or to have their cases anywhere except on the bed! Just a disgrace that they offer that minute space as a twin room! I suspect it was one large room that has been divided into two with a piece of board, as you could hear word-for-word what was being said in the next room: you are only 6 inches from each other after all! I was horrified that at breakfast they provided margarine for the toast, but called it butter! Really, these days that's unacceptable. Do they honestly think people can't tell the difference? Or are happy to accept the con?

“An Average Joe of Vilnius”
Just a place to stay a night if your are travelling around Lithuania and you are tight on budget. Neither nightmare nor the place to tell a lot about. Relatively close to the Old Town for the price you pay (ca. 15-20 min of walking). And the breakfast was totally alright, enjoy.
