The hotel was renovated last year and they did a tremendous job. It's fantastic, well priced with excellent service. The manager Vitaljus treats his guests as if they're family. The rooms are nice, clean, modern and spacious. As a testament to this hotel, I stayed here on my own budget both before and after attending a conference that booked the Radisson Astorijus down the street. I preferred this hotel to the Radisson as it is a simpler unpretentious option with some of the best service I have experienced while traveling. Would definitely book again if and when I am back in Vilnius.

“Amazing service, great deals, a must stay!”

After staying in Vilnius for over a week, this hotel is hands down the best! Not only is it within a 6 minute walk to Old Town, the prices are reasonable, the restaurant is great, and the the staff is overwhelming friendly. After staying in Vilnius for over a week, this hotel is hands down the best! Not only is it within a 6 minute walk to Old Town, the prices are reasonable, the restaurant is great, and the the staff is overwhelming friendly. We moved hotels after road tripping Lithuania, and chose to come back here due to the exceptional service and spacious modern rooms. Janus at the front desk is absolutely fabulous, offering help and assistance and a cheery disposition, plus there is always someone at the front desk to assist. The restaurant is convenient and the waitstaff is prompt and gracious. Coming from North America this was but when I come back to Vilnius I will be most definitely be staying here!

“Superb hotel and a lovely stay”

One of the best hotels that we stayed during our 2 weeks Europe tour We were here for 3 nights. 1) Receptionist was excellent. Ever smiling and helpful, she was understanding and cooperative. Our room had an AC problem- she immediately provided an alternative room. 2) Location- Great location just on the fringes of the old town. The walking distance to the Town hall was 5 minutes. 3) Comfort- Room was quite good size with all amenities except heating iron. Room was spanking new and very clean. Only one drinking water bottle was provided on the first night, it wasn’t replenished. Bedding was very comfortable. 4) We did not opt for the breakfast. We did not have any meals at the hotel. Room had Tea/ coffee making facility and provisions for tea and coffee. 5) Rooms and towels were cleaned only if requested by guests (by placing sign on door) 6) We had a wonderful time in Vilnius and our stay at Conti hotel was superb.

“It was okay”

The room was lovely, however, the staff could’ve been friendlier and the biggest downside was the breakfast.. very poor vegan options, asked if I could get some plant milk for my coffee and the waiter said I would have to pay for it. Really disappointing for a hotel in a European capital.
