“What a great hotel”

This was a lovely stay in a lovely city. Got a very good room at a very good price. The personnel was helpful and good in every way. Will recomend this.

we were really looking forward to staying here as the reviews were so good and it would have been 5 stars if it wasnt for the faff of check in. we didnt arrive until 10pm so were eager to get in and out again . the man at the desk was lovely but first couldnt find us, then checked us into only a twin when there were 3 of us . He finally checked us into the double room too then tried to charge us for the whole stay when we had already paid,so make sure you have proof of payment when you check in. this all took almost half an hour !. apart from that the hotel was lovely. the double i had booked was lovely with robes,slippers and water in room. the twin didnt have any of these extras so i must have booked a deluxe i think. the air con worked really well and we needed it !. really liked the way the music was the same as what was playing in the hallways when you switched on the t.v.. we wanted to look at the murals on the other floors but had to do with looking through the stairs door as the keycard didnt let you in. hotel is in really good place to get to station and centre of town. we would stay again.

Think of the Hard Rock Hotel, but at bargain prices. Each floor features a major musician right across from the elevator (Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, Ray Charles, Elton John, Madonna, etc.). The lobby bar/lounge area is bustling with activity and there is always someone around to help at the front desk. Neighborhood is very safe and rooms are clean/comfortable. A delicious breakfast is available each morning for purchase or sometimes included in the room rate. I especially want to give a shout out to Regitta (spelling?) at night who was extra helpful and friendly during my stay. You guys rock!

+ Convenient location (nearby train and bus station, 15 minutes walk to Old town). Large room, new, clean with a perfect shower space. Strong wi-fi signal. Good breakfast. Gym on the ground floor and big supermarket 1 min to walk. - Not convenient place for breakfast. Tables and chairs are very close to each other. Had problems with finding salt. Only one grinder with salt was available for all guests. But the main, critical disadvantage was the absence of AIR CONDITION. We chose this hotel mainly because of “room with air conditioning” feature. We called reception by phone from our room and reported about not working air condition system. Reception lady told us that “air conditioning system was not working in all building”. But in the lobby it was working that day, definitely! Temperature in Vilnius was +27C in the shadow that day! She offered us to refund payment and to go to another hotel. It was a very big disappointment for us.
