On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

A TripAdvisor 5* without doubt and a big thank you to Dimitri for attending to all our travellers' needs. Centrally located within the Old Town, our apartment (number 3) was extremely comfortable, well appointed and had a great view across the city from the balcony. Two bedrooms, spacious, good security and plenty of additional features, such as a washing machine & dishwasher. Very clean with an on-site cleaner, we wanted for nothing. There's also a complimentary taxi service from the airport that can be arranged in advance via email with the property and good value, preferential rates are available for the return. Overall, our stay at Barbacan Apartments was superb. Thank you. Highly recommended.

We have just returned to the UK after a great 3 day weekend in Vilnius. We booked the Barbican apartments about a month before we left after reading great TA reviews. We had a good exchange of emails with Dimitri before we left and he arranged a taxi at the airport for us. We was at the apartment when we arrived (around midnight!) and showed us round and gave us a few recommendations of what to do in Vilnius. We had a 2 bedroomed apartment and it was huge! Large kitchen/dining/living area with all the facilities you would need (we actually didn’t use them as we ate out!). Beds were comfortable and bathroom fine (though water carnage’s temperature during a shower which was a bit annoying). The apartments are in a fabulous location right in the edge f the old town so everything we wanted to see was within a 15 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars with 5 minutes so was a perfect base for exploring Vilnius. As there was no one staying in the apartment on our leaving day Dimitri kindly allowed us to use it until 1500 when we needed to leave for the airport. Overall a great stay.

My Mother, Brother and myself have a weekend away each year. This year it was Vilnius. We look for 2 bedroomed apartment with double bed in one room and twin in the second room, centrally located. This apartment more than ticked all the boxes. The host, Dimitri included a taxi from the airport and met us personally. He showed us into the apartment, despite our very late arrival. He gave us a map and marked places to eat and pointed out some of the local sights. The wifi was great and the apartment well equipped and very clean. It was walking distance to all of old town including the cathedral, artist's quarter and town hall. He also arranged the taxi back to the airport and came to see us off. I would recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Vilius.

My whole family stayed at the Barbacan apartments for a family reunion. We had six apartments between us and couldn’t have been happier. Dmitri, the manager, arranged a complimentary transfer for each group of us and was amazingly helpful with every query we had. The apartments are spacious and well decorated and have everything you could possibly need. I couldn’t think of any way to improve on this. Totally satisfied.

Brilliant location oibd corner from stunning Square, gates of dawn etc. Really quiet at night. Loads of space, apt 416, good view across to green area. Dimitri the manager really lovely and helpful arranged taxi to and from airport, minimal extra charge for the return journey only. Good range cooking stuff etc, decent hair/body shampoo provided, iron etc. V comfy beds, good lighting (tho wld be nice to have reading light both sides of double bed). It would be 5 stars if following sorted :1. Plugs in sinnk and Bath were rubbish so lots of water lost. 2. Bins in kitchen separate into food, recycling etc. 3. We arrived Monday, used hairdryer Tuesday which only blew cold air, no service Wednesday as new year so only got new one on Thursday (tho dimitri super swift in sorting this once told). One towel change in 5 days but no cleaning done at all, surprising. However wld return and recommend. Vilnius stunning for a Christmas break!
