“Fantastic stay”

Fantastic hotel in an ideal location, right opposite the stunning cathedral. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. My room was amazingly spacious and had all the amenities I wanted. Uses a number entry system to the rooms which I really liked as it means you can't lose a key/card.

“Great location hotel”

Stayed only one night but was very happy. Once you get over the numbers issues and no key just numbers it’s all good. Room as fine and a door that lead to a small balcony was very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent and first proper fried eggs since arriving in the Balkan’s

The hotel in general is very good: nice room, great breakfast, perfect location. The hotel in general is very good: nice room, great breakfast, perfect location. But poor communication by the reception, no prior information about the parking, I had reservation in the hotel parking, it turned out that to get in you should drive from other side (once you are at the main entrance it takes 15min to drive around as it is Old town, you should have the special code to open the parking doors, that has to be sent prior you arrival, I didn't have such information. At the end I spent more 25min to park my car (contacting the hotel/ getting correct address/ getting inside)........ To keep good repute for the Hotel, the Hotel management should think about improvement of the Customer service.

We stayed here as this hotel was booked as part of a tour. We spent two nights here. It is very centrally located within very easy walking distance of all major attractions and the old town, however I would not recommend it for the following reasons: 1. The external and common areas of the hotel are very nice and new, however our room (third floor) was not. It had a strong musty smell and the wallpaper was coming off at the joins. The carpet was also quite worn and the furniture appeared to be very old. 2. We were required to enter a 5-digit code into a keypad on the door of our room to gain access. I mean - really? This is 2024. 3. There were children running around the corridors and yelling at night, including outside our room, until after 10pm. 4. The restaurants in close range are limited. We stayed prior to the tour in another hotel about 1km up Gedimino street and the restaurant selection in that area was more varied, of better quality and more authentic, presumably as it was there more geared to locals and less to tourists. If I were to return to Vilnius I would not stay here.
