“Best service for this prices”
I love everything about this hotel - the rooms are always clean, equiped with everything we need (toothbrushes, gowns etc). The pool is my favourite - it's warm, clean. I stayed in this hotel 3 times with my family and kids, we enjoyed breakfast and service. I think Kazzhol is one of the best hot... more

“A fine 4* hotel”
I liked the hotel: the reception was very helpful, the room is very clean and big. But location is not so good, I would not recommend it if you stay alone. Plus you can hear what other people are talking about from your room - not good at all. Breakfasts are standard one, might be much richer I ... more

“Kazzhol is worth staying for multiple purposes of business, trip and etc.”
I enjoyed my stay at Kazzhol ; It provides competitive price, large room, good meal, kindness of employees and more. I will stay at Kazzhol again, when making my trip to Astana. You can rely on my experience !

“OK hotel in a poor part of town”
An average city centre hotel in a poor part of town. The room and en-suite bathroom were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK and omelettes can be ordered. Free WiFi is available. I had problems with the TV and never managed to find an English spea... more
