“Hyatt lives up to its name”
Big room enough for a family of 4. Friendly staff. Nice fireplace. Decent onsen. Free welcome drinks. My room could see the peak of mt Fuji. “Peaceful, beautiful location”
Couple of days spent relaxing to acclimatise before a week of business meetings. Picturesque location, very peaceful, just be aware the sulphur smell is strong. “Amazing stay at Hyatt Hakone”
What a stunning room we were greeted with on our arrival. It was the highlight of our holiday. The restaurant had a LA carte options for breakfast and waiting staff were very good. The grounds and gardens were immaculate. The robes were amazing.

“Great stay”
Wonder stay at a beautiful location. The view from the room was incredible. Onsen onsite was also great and convenient. Breakfast as a globalist was very good. They also provided shuttle to/from Odawara station. Hotel itself is a little dated but again the view and size of the room makes up for it … more

“Fabulous”
Clean room and quite spacious with a magnificent view of the mountains. Excellent hotel very comfortable and staff were amazing. Hana was so forthcoming with helping and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’d had. Food is expensive but on the mark with taste.
