Special check-in instructions The front desk is open during the following times: Monday - Sunday: 4:00 PM - 11:30 PM Monday - Sunday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AMFront desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Know Before You Go Hot springs access available from 4:00 PM to midnight. Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Contactless check-out is available. Mandatory Fees and Taxes You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply. We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
