“good staff ,good service”
Overall, I am very satisfied with everything. The food quality is good, the water temperature of the hot spring is suitable, and the open-air bath faces Mount Fuji. The view is great! “Not the fanciest but comfy and clean.”
We only staid one night and did not use any of the amenities. I was not expecting much as I had read the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The accommodations are outdated but clean. “FABULOUS Hotel”
What a FAB hotel to stay at - yes it is older, yes it could do with a coat of paint and maybe an upgrade BUT our room 210 was HUGE - we had a fridge, tea/coffee, NO safe and a TV (small - but didn't matter as in most of the hotels in Japan there are no English channels anyway) The bathroom as hug… more
