“Wonderful stay - a few more days would have been great!”
We checked into Kasuitei Oya for just one night, as we were visiting Kawaguchiko and Mount Fuji en route from Tokyo to Matsumoto. “Customer service is good; great ryokan and onsen experience”
Excellent view from hotel balcony. Staff service was gooood! Great that they had private onsen for familily unit like us, with small kids. Would return if given a chance. The bathtub could be bigger. Though overall staff customer service was great, not all staff were able to speak English fluently.… more
