“Great service, great views and a very relaxing stay”
Great views of Mt Fuji from all parts of hotel. It’s located at a quiet area of lake Kawaguchiko and one can take a walk along the edge to Koumi Park. “Best view of Mount Fuji”
Best view of Mount Fuji from the room. Very nice staff and helpful. They even called cab and they have nice souvenir store in the hotel and Onsen was very reviving. The place is little far from the Kawaguchiko station but hotel offers drop and pick up during hotel checkin and checkout hrs

“Not worth more than one night”
Somewhere between a 3&a 4. The views are spectacular, the gardens lovely but the hotel itself is tired and in need of refurbishing. It’s mainly for local coach groups just overnighting now. Worth staying one night for the views but book a western room as the futons are hard as rock
