“This place is amazing!”
We were a little disappointed when we arrived as we thought that the Ryokan would be lakeside with a view of Mount Fuji. “Private onsen & absolute privacy in this luxury resort”
A most wonderful stay with private onsen. Rooms are spacious with practical amenities and you are completely pampered in this luxurious resort. Wonderfully private, you hardly meet neighbours as staff escort you to your private dining area. Easy to drive around to visit other areas in Kawaguchi.

“Life time experience! ”
From the room we had, we could not see Mount Fuji. Let's be clear, the place is in the city and does not offer a nice view on Mount Fuji as a large ugly building has been built in front of the hotel few years back. So don't come here for the view but for the experience. Rooms are very well design... more
