I went up to the front of the 16th floor and I was surprised at the fireplace. I do not know where fireplaces are in the lobby all the year round. I came to the room with the fireplace and atmosphere. That room is quite different from the image of the business hotel in front of the station, which is simple but high quality. The bath was very spacious and the amenities were fulfilling. The 15F Club Lounge is very calm and there are libraries that read books. I spent a pleasant time while doing the work. Of course, drinks were also available for free. The best thing is "Restaurant KEI" Dinner was arranged with fresh vegetables and other menus, all devised. The breakfast was a very beautiful presentation and was served rather than a common buffet. I stayed 1 night, but I will try to stay 2 nights next time. I found a new hotel stay style.

The hotel is very well located right next door to the Toyohashi train station so it is very easy to travel wherever you'd like to go. It is just 3 minutes by walk. The staff is incredibly respectful like all Japanese people. Room was nice, i stayed in the 12th floor and the city view was nice. This is a 4 star hotel with a good price in Japan so you should not expect a 5 star comfort. In my room (1219) the tv was not placed very good and the desk was small. Wifi signal was strong and the internet speed was good. Bathroom was OK with lots of amenities. Breakfast was delicious but not open buffet. You have a couple of choices on the breakfast menu which is Japanese breakfast and American style breakfast.

Unfortunately, I had one night only in this hotel. It looks a bit hidden, but there is a very friendly staff outside to guide you to the elevator, to get up on the reception level. The reception and the staff, not only during the check-in, counts with an extra-ordinary professional behavior, which makes you feel home immediately. As we had to leave early in the morning with the first train to Tokyo, they prepared a breakfast box and handed it over during the check-out. I had hotels in my life, where the normal breakfast was not on the level as this box. To make a long story short: this hotel is a must!

“Lovely experience”

Beautiful interiors and the rooms are quite comfortable. Rooms are well fitted out. Nice service and decent facilities. Would definitely stay there again if in the area. Entrance to rooms is not very straightforward though.
