“Motogp 2019”

Will be staying here this weekend for Motogp 2019 at Motegi. Just trying to find a way to the track from Utsonomiya to Twin Ring. Happy to car share if anybody else is making the same trip. Both saturday and Sunday. Any ideas or help will be appreciated. Thanks :)

Nice hotel, friendly staff, affordable business hotel, conveniently location at just 2 minutes from station. Good breakfast. Clean ambience. Close to river, walkable distance. Many restaurants nearby including McD. Recommended. Has a bus interchange close by. Tokyo Airport has direct bus to the bus stop just in front of this hotel as well. 40mins by Shinkansen to this place from Tokyo station. Even if you have work at Kitsuregawa, would suggest to stay in this place and take local train to commute.

From the interiors of the front desk and restaurant, you'll think that this hotel is high-class. But single rooms are typical business hotels themselves. The rooms are simply decorated and somewhat small. The narrowness of the bathroom is even more pronounced(Some people don't think it's uncomfortable). If the room is high grade, you'll not feel such narrowness. You may feel the oldness in the room, but it is clean. On the other hand, the service attitude of all staff is sophisticated and wonderful. The guidance was smooth and I did not feel any discomfort. Though you can spend comfortably all the time, you should not have excessive expectations for this hotel. You should think of it as one of Utsunomiya's sightseeing and business bases.

“Great Hotel In Good Location for Transport to MotoGP in Motegi.”

We stayed here to attend the MotoGP at Motegi and even though it was some 50klms away from the track the hotel was in an excellent location across the road from the JR Rail station, buses and taxi's. After long days at the track, there were many close by restaurants to choose from. The staff were welcoming and friendly and varying degrees of English was spoken by the reception staff. When we had difficulty getting transport to the track the reception staff kindly found another staff member who spoke very good English to help with our transport issues. They have a coin operated laundry service (on 2nd level?) so if you have been travelling for a while will come in very useful!
