First time stay in this hotel. First I was a bit worried by their location, as that there was no very direct / nearby subway stations linking hotel to Osaka station. The hotel has got a very efficient and super convenient of shuttle bus every 15 mins to/from Osaka Station. It takes 5 mins to go there. A real breeze. I took it few times and the 15 mins intervals are respected like a swiss clock. You will not be late due to shuttle bus. Righa Royal Hotel recently joined the IHG ( Intercontinetal Group Loyalty program ) Been a Diamond member, I can ensure you that I have received all possible perks and upgrades possible. While I booked a regular room ( very tiny one looking at their website ) I was upgraded to one of their super and nicely renovated room on 8th floor. Very great room, big, large king size bed, nice bathroom, nice large Smart TV, Coffee machine... I think that it is among the nicest room I have ever stayed in JP, as far as I am concerned.   Inside the main hotel lobby, there is a cake / coffee shop very convenient. They offer excellent French Baguette, Chocolatine ( pain au chocolat :-) ) and others nice cakes, snacks ! A 7-Eleven is located inside the hotel on B1 for anything you would have forgotten. Plenty of food and restaurant inside the hotel...but again, keep in mind that Shuttle bus can bring you in 5 mins to bursting Osaka Central station. So for all IHG member, I can only highly recommend this property. Let me bring the only very minus point I could point out : the breakfast variety on Lounge @ 23rd flloor. In my view it was rather " little choice and variety of dishes " to choose from. The next day I went downstairs for my breakfast. The lounge itself had been also renovated and looked great, with nice staff welcoming you and a very chic , discret and pleasant ambiance & feeling. I look fwd staying there on my next biz trip to Osaka. cheers

“Nice hotel but too hot!”

Lovely hotel and staff but rooms too hot. 4 sweaty nights. Air con would not go below 25 degrees and dispute humidifier in room was far too warm Great shops on site and I recommend the Melissa delicatessen f or lovely snacks didn’t try the breakfast.
