“Love the location”
The room could be improved.. i wish they'd provide a safe deposit box. Pillow is too soft for my neck. I like the location its very convenient and lots of eateries nearby plus 24hr convenient stores are steps away.

“Cleaning needs to be improved”
The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just beside the metro station. It is not far away from either Umeda or Namba station. Room size and facilities are average level. Cleaning needs to be improved cos I found package of used toothbrush on the ground of the washroom.
