I chose this hotel because of the good reviews, and since I would be using Shin-Osaka station as a hub for travel to all 4 points of the compass in 5 days, for also the location. Like the previous reviews mention, the station level entrance is on the 3rd floor, with the check-in lobby on the 12th. Should be noted that even if you are ascending to, or descending from, a higher floor than the 12th, the elevator will always make a stop on the 12th first. The room was small, but the clever layout of the bathroom / rainfall shower makes it seem like you have more space (visually). The small desk / table amenities area, with the refrigerator and light controls, is where things get a little cramped, and the massage chair in-between the bed and that location was very uncomfortable to sit in when trying to do paperwork (used the small round table from the bed instead). That area ended up being used for my CPAP device, since the bedside power outlets were on that side. Enough space between the room door and TV cabinet to line-up your luggage along the wall, without blocking egress (was easier to not unpack them). In contrast to my previous Tokyo hotel, the room air temperature can be controlled per individual tastes (not just controlling the air fan speed), as long as the room key card is inserted into the slot by the door (which also controls the power to the lights, TV, etc). The bed was very comfortable, and sitting under the rainfall shower after a long day trip took away a lot of stress and fatigue. If I'm ever in the Osaka area again, will have to stay at this hotel once more. However, the location is easier for accessing the Shinkansen or Midosuji subway line, than the regular JR train line platforms, since those are on the East side of the station with the Shinkansen gated area in-between, requiring a bit of a walk around that, if you don't have a JR Pass to cut across through there.

Excellent hotel with great amenities. We stayed here for three nights. It's very conveniently located attached to the train station. Check in was fast and easy. We got single rooms because it was very affordable. I liked the massaging chair and the rainfall shower. They also provided regular sized shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower. The bed was comfortable and I had enough towels. Overall, I got a great night's sleep here.

Stayed two nights while catching up with old friends. Standard rooms are on the small side - two people with large clamshell suitcases would struggle to open both at the same time, but they are well equipped, comfortable and come with all the amenities you need. The location is very convenient, and there are handy eating options in the station below, including a branch of the legendary Uncle Rikuro's cheesecake shop. The hotel is also high enough for noise below not to be noticeable. Overall good value for what you get

Location was the reason we booked this hotel. Right inside the Shin Osaka station. A bit hard to find so find out before hand. Entrance is on third floor but check in on 12th floor. There are a few places to eat and convenient stores. Room was super small even by Japan standard but clean and with usual Japanese amenities including slippers and pajama. We had the interconnecting room for a family of three which was nice to have two bathrooms. Room was dim too. We arrived late and left in the morning so more than adequate as the location can not be better, the price very reasonable.
