“I had a wonderful stay”
I booked this stay through an agency and my only criteria was close to public transportation. “Nice Stay”
I stayed at Hotel New Otani Osaka during a tailor made tour of Japan. We were offered an upgrade at check in. The room was spacious. Breakfast was included, as well as a complimentary welcome coffee and drink at the bar. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the train station.

“Great view”
The room was very good and the castle totally amazing. The rest of the hotel needs a makeover. The carpet was old and needs a change. The restaurants were extremely expensive and not worth it. Well located: 2 stops from Osaka Station on JR loop. And close to many restaurants

“Go somewhere else”
I would not book here again. It was ok, but there are much better places to go. We got in around 8:30pm and the restaurants in the hotel were not accommodating.
