“Convenient for those who are going to the Kumano Kodo ”

We stayed here because the limousine bus from Kansai airport has a drop off and pick up station across the lobby. The hotel is also a 6-minute walk to the platform of JR rail pass (Ise-Kumano-Wakayama Tourist Pass). We took this rail to complete our Kumano Kodo in 3 days. It was very convenient because even though we would take the last trip, we could enter the hotel from the basement which is connected to Osaka-Umeda Station. There are shops, and fast food chain around the hotel and it is walking distance to a Don Quixote store. I posted pictures of the Executive Room which provided enough space for 3 of us and our bags. Staying at the 8th floor with a window view, we were not disturbed by noise from the traffic or trains. It was a pleasant stay.

If u take the airport bus after 2 , it stops at the hotel. At times long line waiting for the bus at the airport. Hotel located next to Osaka train station. If u take the airport bus after 2 , it stops at the hotel. At times long line waiting for the bus at the airport. Hotel located next to Osaka train station. V busy & confusing w many lines connect at that point. Entrance to hotel from subway level not easy to find. Across the street there is a large electronic & watch & others multi storied store. Also cross the intersection, there are department store w excellent food court, The room is terribly small. Cannot even open suitcase on the floor. Bathroom v small, barely one person fits. Air conditioning not work properly. No English speaking TV station. Pillow & linens not comfortable.Pillow smaller than a standard. Bedsheets not soft, comforter stiff not soft. Breakfast cater to Japanese. Japanese items not tasty. Lack fresh fruit, scrambled eggs not tender,

“Excellent location, but inconsistent cleanliness”

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. I initially stayed for two nights, then went elsewhere and returned for another two nights. I stayed in two different Economy Twin Rooms, but the experiences were quite different. Both rooms were on the tenth floor with equally open views, but the cleanliness was significantly different. Although the hotel's decor is indeed old, the first room I stayed in was clean and tidy, so I had a good impression. It had all the expected amenities such as a mini bar, wardrobe, hairdryer, power outlets, and so on. Despite the small size of the room, considering the location and price, it was acceptable. The only issue was finding a way to store my luggage, but it wasn't a problem for someone with a petite size like me. The lighting in the room was slightly insufficient, but it wasn't a problem for me because during my stay, it was already bright outside by around 5:30 in the morning. Unfortunately, the room I checked into upon returning was not very clean. As soon as I entered the bathroom, I noticed small black insects, typically found in damp drains, which made me quite disgusted. I hadn't encountered this issue in the previous room at the same hotel or even during my stay in Japan. And a point to the one who is sensitive to the temperature, it is impossible to adjust the room temperature but only the air flow volume from the room. To me, it is totally fine as my stay was in April, the weather was still cool. Speaking of positives, the hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. They had prepared the pillow options I requested during the booking before my check-in. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, with the airport bus stopping directly at the hotel entrance, and the train station and subway station nearby. It is surrounded by many shopping malls, making shopping very convenient. The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, but the quality is average. I would suggest using the breakfast voucher to exchange for light sandwiches lunch at the hotel café or getting breads at the hotel bakery. Furthermore, they provided free luggage storage service, so I could leave some of my luggage and retrieve it later after visiting other places. If it weren't for the cleanliness issue in the bathroom during my second stay, I would give this hotel a very high score. It's a bit unfortunate.

Great location to stay if u need the convenience of (1) being a stop on the Kate Airport bus (2) adjacent to the Osaka. station (3) being in the middle of Umeda (4) being a short subway ride to Namba. Great location to stay if u need the convenience of (1) being a stop on the Kate Airport bus (2) adjacent to the Osaka. station (3) being in the middle of Umeda (4) being a short subway ride to Namba. This makes this one of our go-to places for short layovers on the way in and out of Kansai We had a pleasant stay. That said, the hotel decor is rather old so this hotel is not for everyone
