Amazing amazing amazing! We stayed 3 nights and upgraded to an executive floor which included breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour (dinner!) “Poor Service”
We visited the hotel both on business. We had requested a wake up call in the first morning which did not happen and I was subsequently late for my meeting.
