All important stuff was there. Wifi, bathroom, food. But nothing special. Wasn't bad either. Room was clean and cozy. Service was not very friendly so we were not in meed to ask them about stuff. We minded our bussines and they did their.

It's a little bit confused when i got here the first time. It's hard to find the way, i have to take a taxi from Tsuruhashi station to this hotel. But then I found it very near to Osaka-uehonmachi station (on the kintetsu line). When u get off the Osaka uehonmachi station, ground exit, u see Sheraton Miyako Hotel near the station. Keep going straight to the right from the hotel, then u see the crossroad, cross the street, go straight to a small lane, then u see Lawson store on the left corner, turn right at the Lawson crossroad, go straight until the second crossroad, turn right and u will see the hotel near BUSINESS HOTEL. The room is small, double bed is okie for 2 adults, i booked the non-smoking room but i smell the smoke in the whole room. U have to rent a towel; expensive (small face towel 50¥, body towel 250¥), no heater, just only portable heater, it's ok when i was there in fall. although the hotel is in dark and quiet area, but it's safe when u return at night, 24 hour reception. It's ok when u spend here just one night, near convenient store, bank, and station (just one stop from Nippombashi and Namba)

From Tanimachi 9-chrome subway station, Exit No: 11, to front of KFC outlet [Can see Lawson store same row as KFC outlet]. Walk straight for 8 minutes, upon reach first T - junction, turn left & you will see another Lawson convenient store on your left. From Lawson store, continue walk until 2nd junctions, & turn right. For Leaves Inn hotel is on your right. The hotel loo aging, but due to location and reasonable pricing, we dont mind to stay for 4 nights. We stayed in double bunker bed. Air condition is ok, toilet/bathroom is small and compact. No soap, shampoo, towels etc are provided & no breakfast too. But you can have free coffee or tea in the common room on the ground floor. Wifi signal in the room is fine, but the ground floor common room is much stronger. Note: The lower level bunk bed mattress is not on the same level as the bed timber board. I would suggest the mattress should be ticker or remove the bed side timber board, to make it same level, so that occupant on the lower bunker bed, will not feel like "dropping" into the bed.
