“Great service and very good room for the price”

It's a basic and simple hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Although there was a small spider in my room that didn't bother me. Given the area surrounding the hotel though, that's not very surprising. The bed was your typical Japanese style bed, in that it was pretty hard. Not for everyone, but it is far from the worst as far as that goes. The bathroom was a decent size with a lot of counter space where the sink is. Normal bidet toilet and a full sized tub with a shower head. There was one very unique thing about that shower head though. That was probably the finest (i.e. smallest/narrowest) streams of water I've ever experienced. It was to the point that instead of water splashing after contact with the body, it felt like mist was coming off. The fridge was a normal sized compact one you'd see in most hotels. It can fit bottles and small food stuffs just fine. The hotel is certainly on the older side, but don't let that deter you from staying here. What it lacks in modern aesthetics, it makes up for in price and convenience. The parking lot is great since there's a huge one just outside of the lobby. Props to the front desk staff. I had accidentally locked myself out of the room one night (forgot to take the card key before leaving) and they helped me out with that right away.

Sizeable hotels with spa. However I was attracted by its location - Okinawa city as a midway in-between the south (Naha) and the north (Nago). Also it's just 15-min drive to the American Village, and a 5-min drive to the Rycom Aeon Mall. Dated facilities, weak wifi signal in room. Yet the room is spacious, clean and tidy enough for my little 2-year old kid to stay with. Fair quality and choices for its buffet breakfast. I would prefer Grand Mer, another comparative resort in the area.

This hotel is located on a hill. You need a car to get up here . Parking is free . The hotel staff were excellent , even helping us to phone another hotel . This hotel is located on a hill. You need a car to get up here . Parking is free . The hotel staff were excellent , even helping us to phone another hotel . Rooms are of a decent size some with excellent view . Onsen is in the next building . Entry 800yen. Quite nice with the silk bath and another one with the massaging jets of water . Towels are provided in the onsen . Breakfast was adequate with both western and Japanese selection . What I disliked about the place was the poor wifi during peak time use . Beds were rather hard and noise proofing poor . Request for a room away from the lift lobby to avoid noise from inconsiderate people .
