“Great location ”
The Art Hotel at Niigata station is very conveniently located near the station with the 2nd floor taking you directly to it. The bus station is easily accessible from one side. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. A 24 hr Convenience store (konbini) is also a few steps away. The staff is very helpful… more

“So convenient - such a great price”
This was our layover sport on the way home from Sado. Loved the room. Nice bathroom. Loved the rate. See the picture showing the Niigata station. Because we are from Texas, we ate breakfast down the street at McDonald's.

“Good location & amenities but WiFi needs work”
Stayed here for 2 nights from 30/12 to 1/1 Good points: 1) Very good location! Only beside train station 2) Sufficient amenities, including soap, shampoo, conditioner 3) Clean room Bad points: 1) WiFi connection - had to reconnect multiple times during my stay

“Location, location, location”
