Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom has all things needed for good hygiene. The shower's water pressure is awesome! Our non-smoking room didn't smell like cigarettes like some other hotels do. Location is great and a block from subway. I definitely recommend staying here. The only negative thing is you have to leave your room key at the front desk every time you leave. This was inconvenient, but we managed. I will stay here again for sure.

The front staff kindly re-arrange my stay by talking to the different Trusty. Thank you for your kindness. I could enjoy the game of RWC at the Toyota stadium. I definitely return to your hotel. For those who are searching for a hotel in Nagoya. This hotel is very comfortable. The room and the building are not so new. But the hotel staff is very nice, and the room is very clean. You can find authentic Nagoya foods and convenience stores near the hotel. Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights, no breakfast, nonsmoking room. Check-in is at 3p. Arrived around 2:15p. Room not ready so they stored my bag. Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights, no breakfast, nonsmoking room. Check-in is at 3p. Arrived around 2:15p. Room not ready so they stored my bag. Little English spoken but staff very friendly and was able to communicated with me, they have a little flier with instructions in English. Room was small but I've been in smaller in Japan. Bed is full/queen size and comfortable. TV, little table with chairs, mini refrigerator, closet with 4 hangers, slippers, shoe horn, fabric/room spray and hair dryer was in a bag hanging. Free wifi - to get wifi turn on tv and it will show you info you need to connect. Outlet near bed and by mini refrigerator. Decent size bathroom with tub (shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap provided). Water pressure and hot water (quick) for shower was great! The door entering room is European style where once you open it automatically locks once you shut door. Must pick up and drop key off at front desk when you enter or leave hotel. Check-out is 11:00a but the can store bags. Overall room clean and comfortable and staff friendly and courteous. A great find definitely come back! Location isn't too far from underground subway - Marunouchi Station or Fushimi Station. There are restaurants down the street and around the hotel. Convenience store Family Mart, 50 yards away.
