The location is great - easy access to public transportation and shopping. We had one room that was good size and one room that seemed to need a carpet refresh, but rooms were spotless. Breakfast buffet was good but dinner buffet was better. Concierges were excellent and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed while attending the F1 race, the concierge arranged our travel to and from Suzuka which was invaluable. They also had fantastic restaurant recommendations.

The hotel is good and the rooms are fairly small but comfortable. The breakfast spread could improve. Surprisingly, the hotel only provides two small bottles of water each day and charges for any additional water requested - we were quite surprised because our previous hotels in Japan always gave us unlimited free bottles of water! So we had to but water from the nearby convenience store.

Hotel needs updating. Pool is very expensive to use and not that nice and changing facilities are not private which will not appeal to all travellers - not my daughter for example! Hotel needs updating. Pool is very expensive to use and not that nice and changing facilities are not private which will not appeal to all travellers - not my daughter for example! For what it was it was it not worth paying to use the pool - just a hassle and no fun. Room did not have phone connection points so not that helpful and also TV service was very outdated - we could not log into our own Netflix etc accounts and the films were so expensive to rent and really not a good choice. Staff were very friendly and there were a lot of them. We stayed for two nights but would choose a different hotel in the future. The impressive lobby is misleading I feel. The room has a modern feel in the lobby but the facilities don't match up to that. If you have a pool just let guests use it free for for a minimum fee (not 3,000 yen for 90 minutes!) and update the changing facilities.

I stayed here for seven nights as part of a package to see the F1 Grand Prix at Suzuka. The downsides first, as others have said the rooms are small and a a bit outdated. They could do with refurbishment. The hotel offers a buffet style western breakfast but the choice is limited and the supposed hot food was luke warm at best. The plus side, you got a centrally located hotel in one of Nagoya’s two ‘downtowns’. The rooms were adequate, everything worked and the reception and concierge staff were courteous and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the showers reliable and hot. As I said ask OK hotel.
