We had an extremely wonderful stay here. We usually stay at the Marriott chain. The Asian hotels are much better, more modern and better serviced than the North America hotels. Value for money is also much higher. Loved our stay! A special thank you to the room maid who was exceptional and the laundry staff. Again, thank you! 100% recommend!

“CONVENIENT LIKE NO OTHER”

Right above the Shinkansen station and linked direct to high rise shopping and restaurants. There truly is no better location in Nagoya: 1. Check in was the fastest I have had at any Marriott property in a long time. There was a dedicated Elite desk (am Titanium Elite) and the staff member knew exactly where to pull all necessary details from my profile. I literally had the keys to my room handed to me with a big smile within 120seconds of pulling up to her desk. 2. The rooms have unbeatable views as the hotel floors start well above those of surrounding buildings. No matter what room type you select, no other property in Nagoya can compete with these. Rooms were also spacious and very well maintained. This is not the newest property in Nagoya, so I was a little concerned prior to arriving, but need not have worried. The state of the room, bedding and bathroom fittings were all good. 3. The Executive Lounge has great views as well, but does get crowded at times. Food selection was not large, but of good quality. I especially enjoyed their pear tart, which was even available during daytime. 4. The breakfast was another area that could be improved. The welcome amenity for Titaniums does not include breakfast at the main restaurant buffet and I had to pay a surcharge to use this. Selection was then underwhelming on both the Japanese and European options. I think this should be looked at, since a good breakfast experience will be important to many guests. 5. Hotspring and pool access was complimentary for Titanium and Ambassador level Bonvoy members, which was great! This was however the only area where staff were unfriendly, with all other hotel areas featuring staff that went above and beyond in making their guests feel welcome. 6. There are dozens of restaurants and shops in the two skytowers that are linked to the hotel. Incredibly convenient, especially on bad weather days where one might not want to leave the hotel area at all.

Located right at the Nagoya Station , it was really convenient to go anywhere in Nogoya and nearby places . The hotel was good and the staff was friendly . The spa and sauna was the most beautiful one I had experienced in a five star hotel in Japan. It was the great experience to experience the famous Miso Katsu here . I must said the only disappointment was the club lounge experience . The evening happy hour and breakfast need room for improvement . Other than that everything was fine . Will be back for sure .
