On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Fairly recently renovated - located right in the middle of the night life”
This is a business hotel plus. Not a full service hotel. No branded products. Fairly newly refurbished. It looked pretty good. “Nice hotel but strange car park experience”
We are a group of four (two couples) and we hired a car to drive from Toyama to Centrair. Nagoya was our last overnight stop. We drove the rental car, a Toyota Ractis, to the hotel and intended to park it at the hotel car park overnight. But strangely the car was too tall for the car park elevator.… more

“Good location”
Hotel is near all major shopping mall. Good location, staff are very nice, simple and good breakfast. the carpark charge for overnight is very reasonable. Near the hotel, you can find plenty of restaurant.
