Not the closest to the train station but I would still say it's OK on foot. For their price you pay, you get free breakfast. “convenient hotel but small”

It is not far from Nagoya station, about 7 mins walk. Room size is quite small, not recommend for those travel with big luggage. A short stay with small bag is an ideal.
