“Great Hotel”
Great hotel, polite and helpful staff, close to bus and train services. Excelsior Caffe in the lobby, and loads of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. Intimate bar on the top floor with great atmosphere, perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Would stay again.

This hotel has very good location. At night, I can go out and walk around, there are cafe, restaurants, bars nearby. Don't contact with the staff much but in general, they are quite cold and quiet. “Good size rooms for Japan but uncomfortable bed”
Great location in the Sakae area. So close to nightlife, restaurants, attractions. Must admit I booked in close to midnight, so tired after travelling 20 hours.
