“Greta value, good location, friendly staff.”
The hotel is well-located for both the train station and old-town Nagano, including the famous shrines. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were well-equipped with amenities. We felt that the hotel was excellent value.

“Really nice”
I felt this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Super friendly staff, really clean, good food and well located. You get what you pay for but I felt this was really good value for money especially considering other hotels we had stayed at in Japan on our trip

“Lovely restaurant.”
This is a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. My room was clean, quite spacious and had a beautiful view from the window. We ate in the restaurant there, Dono Dono, and had an excellent meal served by lovely staff. We had a 5 course meal and everything was delicious.

“A bit tired but ok for a short stay.”
Hotel rooms are tired and a bit 1990s. Think physical key. Room very warm, and smallish. No safe. Breakfast room is tiny for place this size and could do with more lifts. Nice restaurants on site and in area.

Stayed here 1 night.Impressive grand entrance, room was ok, reasonable size ,beda were quite comfortable, but carpet was stained in quite a few places,need updating.Hardly any English information in room, usually welcome & introduction to area & faciities are in English,& even customer comments sl… more
