“Fantastic 1970s Japanese Time Travel Experience !!!”
Its Japan!! Its 1975 !!! Ultraman! Flared trousers!! Side burns!! Big hair!! Polished black Toyota Crown Taxis!! Sake, Xtra Dry Kirin beer and Sashimi! This hotel is straight out of 1975!! “Old hotel with good public bath”
Ijoined a group tour to vivit Japan and stayed in this hotel for one night. The room is reasonbly spacious and included Japanese and European style of furniture but it seems to be a bit old. “Awesome onsen experience!”
The public onsen is fantastic! I could bathe in different types of hot springs (from indoors onsens to bubbling beds and open-to-nature baths). The staff was very helpful and they kindly made a very detailed plan (in Japanese) for us to get to Aoshima (taxi, train and ferry) to see one of the cat... more

“Standard hotel”
People in reception were helpful even sometime difficult to understand each other. I did expect more from this hotel considering the price. Nice for the SPA but very dated and location quite far from Matsuyama. Connected with busses to the center of Matsuyama even frequency not too high.
