“Good central location”
This hotel is a short drive from Kyoto station in the free shuttle they provide to the hotel , The instructions on how to find the shuttle were good . “A gem of a hotel”
We stayed here for 9 fabulous nights. The hotel is very old fashioned with staff out the front ready to greet you and take your luggage. “A bit inconvenient but a nice hotel.”
First off, be warned that unless you park in the garage, you will come in on the upper area of the hotel. The check in desk is down an escalator. With the amount of luggage we had, it was very inconvenient. The elevators to the rooms also are down the escalator. The room we had was the lowest price… more
