“5 Star ***** Service and Experience”
Exceptional and attentive service, amazing food and beverage offerings and totally spotless. Highly recommend to any one seeking a hot spring experience with exception service, fantastic location and perfected hospitality. Breakfast is an amazing adventure and you may be full for the entire day!

“Ideal Location — walk to grocery, department store, food court”
Everything you need AND ice cream on the 9th floor after 3PM. One of the best showers and easy to understand among the 50 countries we’ve been in. “Our favorite hotel in Kyoto!”
We didn't know what to expect but ended up surpassed our expectations! Yes, the room was basic but great location, breakfast was super and the onsen was excellent with indoor/outdoor option as well as cold plunge. Totally worth every penny and it is a lot of cheaper than some fancy hotels with less… more
