I had booked a room with private onsen, and it was fabulous. Room was big and clean. Service was impeccable. The public onsens were actually fantastic too, so you don't actually need to opt for the private one, as you could also book the onsen for private use. Food was delicious. Location was superb, right in the middle of town. I would love to visit again.

The first sentence is "should try once"!! OK. let's start. I was booked this hotel on their official website. Because only there website will provide one people plan for the hotel stay (2days1night included dinner and breakfast). And the next day, the staff contact me through email to confirm the booking and ask me about the needs. I think if have any questions people can asking by email. The staff was friendly and helpful when I arrived at the gate, one staff come fast to help me carry the luggage, I said don't need to be coz it was cumbersome, but he adheres to help me. Then he takes me to the lobby and does the check-in, the reception arranges for me have a seat and ask me the tea I liked and have a welcome dessert. After that have another staff help me to carry the luggage and takes me to my room. I was booked a 6-tap Japanese style room. But the room was bigger than I thought (If you read till this you can view the photos I uploaded). It's god damn chill. Those two public Onsen(Hot-Spring) - "Zui-sen" & "Ten-sen" will switch at a static time (staff will tell you), need to switch be coz it was separated men and women, and they hope all the people can try those two type of Onsen. (Ps. public Onsen couldn't take photos) I also tried another two private Bath, the family bath need pay and booked when you check-in, another open-air private bath do not need, you can walk into the tub directly and lock the door when it was no one is using. Last important thing is those water(Onsen) were very clear and enjoyable. And the food I can't tell much, as I always said different people are the different taste, people should try themselves. If asking me, it was absolutely delicious.

Accommodation was with wagyu beef course meal in the Japanese and Western Style room with outdoor bath (hot spring made from sourse）,and was good enough for charges. Although the exterior is contamination due to aged deterioration a little bit inferior, for the reasons why the interior has already been properly renewed in 2017, I was able to feel fresh in all places of the hotel such as room, public bath, cafeteria, entrance lobby and so on. The interior maintenance staff is wonderful ! Even if you can not notice this to the coins and pens that you dropped into the gap, they picked it up properly. When I was checking the dust in the corner of the room at check-in, it had cleaned. Before I think it is necessary, they exchanged linens such as towels during dinner. Regarding hospitality, it is considered important when staying, but all the staff are well educated firmly, while considering what customers are thinking, he actively responded to various requests. Especially, the correspondence of room staff “Nakai “ is polite and detailed. Although they devoted themselves to a scrupulous role, they immediately took the action the customer needed. You can have and enjoy cuisine in the newly-opened restaurant “chef’s kitchen KURIYA”. I was able to fully enjoy food materials and cooking. English conversation is good. The problem is adults only! (If your family have children, it might be impossive your family stay. If your child is over 15 years old, I recommend you to ask if you can stay with your late teen by phone.) I would like foreigners to stay in the facility that I ＆ Japanese think so too. Thanks 所感 宿泊は源泉かけ流し露天風呂付客室(suite)に、和牛のコース料理ついたもので、宿泊料に十分見合ったものだった。 外装は経年劣化による汚損である程度は見栄えが劣るが、内装は2017年にきちんとリニューアルされており、客室内、大浴場、食堂、玄関ロビーなどすべてにおいて新鮮な気持ちでいられた。 今回スイートに宿泊したが、室内清掃などのメンテナンスは特筆もので、隙間に落としたコインやペンなどにこちらが気が付かなくてもきちんと拾いだしてくれた。 また、部屋の隅の塵など確認したところ、きれいに清掃されていた。 こちらが必要とするまえに、食事中に、タオルなどのリネン交換は行ってくれてた。 宿泊に重要なホスピタリティに関しては、スタッフ一同しっかりと教育されており、客目線で種々の対応を積極的に行っていた。 特に、仲居の対応は丁寧きめ細やかだが、こちらに入り込まずにわき役に徹しながらも必要な対応はすぐに行ってくれた。 料理は、新しくできた食堂（chef’s kitchen KURIYA）で、コース料理が堪能できるが、食品の素材や調理も十分申し分ないものであった。 英語も問題ないし、問題なのは大人限定なことかな？(もし可能であれば１５歳以上であれば聞いてみてもいいかもしれません) 日本人でさえそう思う施設に外国人のみなさんもぜひ宿泊してほしい。
