“Great”
Great place. Excellent breakfast - easy to get to on the limousine bus from Narita. Just get out at Washington hotel stop and walk a few minutes through the small park. Only negative is the size of the room - really compact even with the upgrade on the basic room.

Our family spent couple nights at this hotel .. that was 26th November till the 3rd of December and wish to rate The Knot Shinjuku . To begin with the hotel’s location was really great . We walk to the park across and onwards to the station passing many nice restaurants , offices , government buildings, etc. You can walk around this very nice neighborhood … so pleasant. We had good rooms up on the 8th floor. The staff helped us check in . Staff was nice but was annoyed by the constant queries of my son losing his documents within the lobby hearing a sigh and typing on his computer with heavy fingers clearly showing his imoatience. The lobby is nice .. it’s nice to be there having coffee and all sorts of baked stuff from their own bakery . The breakfast buffet was also super .. and what makes it remarkable is the presence of Benny the guy who welcomes you . He just excuses professionalism in the happiest way possible . Benny makes your day just better before heading out for Tokyo adventures. The house keeping dont clean rooms unless you request but they keep adding New robes and towels even if you havent used it yet. The walls are very thin. Many Times you can what the next door guests packing KR singing or partying.. i think a hotel of this caliber ought to have smart TV tho because when you want to relax after a long day you have no choice but to listen to only one English speaking Channel … NHK News But to cap this review i just say that this hotel is good and Yes would go back there again

We really liked this hotel. Family trip of 4 adults. (Two rooms.) The breakfast service in the morning is excellent! Lots of variety, both Japanese and European options. If you lack for time, you can grab a pastry at the "More Than" bakery located in the hotel lobby as well. Staff was excellent during our stay. It is fairly close to a train station, and a little further from the main and huge Shinjuku station. There is a Kombini within one block, and several good places to eat in addition to the restaurant inside the hotel itself. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days, but you can get fresh towels and such daily. This helps keep the property a good value for travelers to Tokyo. Rooms are a bit tight, but pretty good floor plans help make the space work. There is a lovely park across the street from the hotel, and nice view rooms overlooking the park for a little extra cost.

Very good hotel, the rooms are not too small, I had a triple room and there was enough space to open the suitcases. The toilette was confortable enough, you just need to remember the 15 cm steps when entering/exiting as it is re-elevated w.r.t. the room ground. What I also found nice was t presence of various restaurants in the building and, last but not least, a great bakery that we used to buy our breakfast. The Shinjuku metro station is not too far, but you need to consider 10 minutes of fast walking or take the bus nearby the hotel entrance.
