“Great room and hotel let down by poor air conditioning.”

For the money the hotel is good value. The rooms are well furnished and equipped, if starting to look just a little tired. Just a 10 minute walk to a main transport hub, shops and restaurants. For the money the hotel is good value. The rooms are well furnished and equipped, if starting to look just a little tired. Just a 10 minute walk to a main transport hub, shops and restaurants. Very clean, good washroom facilities with a powerful shower. WiFi over 100mbps up and down . Terrible choice of TV channels, bring your own device. . Room was bigger than expected. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, lots of seating. We didn't have an issue with any queues that others have mentioned. However the one big annoyance is the terrible air conditioning. Despite complaints to the receptionist, the temperature remains at well over 23C in the room with the air conditioning on max, with the outside temperature being 17C.

“Near to shops and the Aquarium”

This is a large very busy hotel, the lifts were very busy at times so the wait was long. The reception staff were not very friendly and appeared to be rushed. There was a big international choice on the buffet breakfast The location is very good. The airport bus stops right at the front door. There is a large shopping mall next door and an Aquarium It is near to many shops and convenience shops. The view from my window was of skyscrapers which were all lit up at night. The room was Clean and well appointed not large as Tokyo rooms are small but big enough with a nice bathroom

We visited Japan recently and stayed at 8 different hotels. This feedback was only completed after we had stayed at all 8 hotels. We stayed here for our final three nights in Japan and overall this hotel compared favourably but not the best. A very large and busy hotel meaning staff were not as friendly nor approachable as the other hotels. The hotel is situated within a good 4 storey shopping centre. Our room size was good but there was no cupboard/drawer storage which was frustrating for our stay. The Decor was acceptable as was the WiFi Dinner was disappointing on the first night but good on the second night. Breakfast had a good choice but too busy and had to queue to get in on 2nd morning. Air conditioning was disappointing. Cleanliness was good. Our room was on 12th floor with 2 double beds. 37 floors and 6 awfully slow lifts with only 4 going up to our floor. We had to go up in the lift to come back down as the lifts were painfully slow. Room 1225. Bathroom had shower in bath.
