The hotel itself is super convenient, right next to a Metro station. The rooms are nice and clean and the hotel is well kept. But what stands out for me from this trip is the service. We had sent luggage ahead with Yamato shipping because we'd heard nothing but good things about them. Somehow our luggage went missing which apparently is unheard of. The staff here went above and beyond to help us locate it. The missing luggage changed our plans for our last day in Tokyo, but they gave us a new room to keep for the day until we had to head to the airport. Based on this service that I have received here, I could not recommend this hotel enough.

The room was typical of a Japanese business hotel. I have no pictures this time as it really is “you see one, you’ve seen them all” for these type of hotels. There’s a cafe in front and some toiletries provided but outside of that there are pretty much no amenities at this hotel. You pay a low price for a private room, place to sleep, and a small bathroom and that’s it. The real winner here is the price and location. Toyocho station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai line is pretty much right outside and this hotel is regularly the cheapest Sotetsu Fresa that is still technically in Tokyo. There’s a Saizeriya in the basement below the lobby for super cheap food. Next door there’s a McDonald’s that opens early and closes extremely late on most days. There’s also a Lawson, Family Mart, Matsuya, and Yoshinoya all in the area so there’s plenty of very affordable food close by. With the affordable nightly rate and the subway station right in front, this hotel is an ideal location for commuting to central Tokyo for the price sensitive. I think this will be my go-to hotel for when price is important, if Kanagawa is too far, and if I don’t want to share a room/capsule hotel. I recommend signing up online for the free membership and booking directly as you’ll get a good rate and nice benefits such as 1 hour early check in/out.

“Excellent location”

Stayed here for 5 nights with a group of friends. We booked a quad sharing room - space is a bit tight but is typical of a JP biz hotel. Stayed here for 5 nights with a group of friends. We booked a quad sharing room - space is a bit tight but is typical of a JP biz hotel. Location: The hotel is beside the Central Gate of the Toyocho Metro Station (Tozai Line), about 30 mins away from Central Tokyo. There is a Mcdonald’s next door that is open 24/7. A couple of convenience stores within the vicinity too. Seiyu Supermarket (good buys!) is a 5 min walk. Hotel has two restaurants within the bldg - Pronto at the GF and Saizeriya Italian Restaurant at B1F. Matsu-ya and Yoshinoya nearby. The Haneda Airport Limousine bus stop is a 3 min walk. Housekeeping: Room was cleaned everyday although cleaning of the toilet could be better. In general, room was ok - got ourselves 2 double bed and 1 bunk bed that was perfect for 4 pax. Toiletries, PJs and disposable slippers were replenished/provided daily. Highly recommended. Will stay here again when I’m in town.

Hotel conveniently located on top of the station. Room was compact but clean. Wifi and wired connections were good also. Shower power was good . Has a cafe at the entrance that helps in case of breakfast. Staff is very helpful and attentive to inquiries in person or by phone. I felt the isolation through windows were not the best as I felt the cold sleeping on the window side despite the heating system. There are some eateries around so eating is not a problem. Good for business people on a budget.
