I was a little worried when i make my decision to stay here because i will be spending a total of 7 nights at this hotel. I have to admit i left feeling contented as things went on pretty good and well. The hotel is quite close to Daimon Station and there are quite a number of convenient store nearby. The extra point is, the hotel is located off from the main road and this makes the hotel a good place to sleep after a long day of walk. Other than that, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable albeit a little small but you get what you pay for. Staffs are courteous and helpful too. I do recommend this place for those with a tight budget but prioritizing a sense of privacy at the same time.

A friend and I stayed here in November 2023 for a 10 day stay. The hotel is ideally located close to Daimon and Hamamatsucho stations and the surrounding neighbourhood is full of amenities like convenience stores, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The rooms themselves are spotlessly clean, and have everything the traveller would need. The linens are exceptionally comfortable and the pyjamas provided are fantastic. The slippers are definitely aimed at the Japanese market, as my large size 11 feet would not fit. The reception desk was always very helpful and had a swathe of items to loan like hair dryers, shoe dryers, umbrellas and ironing boards. Cleaners are prompt and efficient and do a great job. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Overall, for the money charged, you will probably not find a better hotel in a better location. I look forward to staying here again. Arigatou Gozaimasu!

We stayed here for 6 nights in November. We booked it because it was really good value, a great location for us (bit of a fan of Shimbashi area). We stayed at a Sotetsu Fresa Inn in Kyoto on the same trip, and previously, I've stayed at a few others. I've never been disappointed. Our room was on the 11th floor and had a window that opened...for me this is a selling point...fresh air. There's no getting away from the fact that hotel rooms in Japanese are not massive. We knew what we were getting and made it work. Ultimately, we were in Japan to see Japan... not hang out in a hotel room. The room was clean, well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. All that I would have expected. We booked B&B and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. There were a lot of local dishes which were really tasty. It was a fantastic start to every day! We'd stay here again. For the price, I can't complain.

Location was good in terms of accessibility Near to Hamamatsucho station which is along the Yamanote line, and which offers direct monorail to Haneda airport. I stayed here twice during my 9 days in Japan. First time, when i landed in Tokyo Second time, when i came back from touring Kyoto & Osaka This might be a long shot but i am looking for a missed connection headed to the Tsukiji Market. If you stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hamamatsucho-Daimon (Tokyo), and Was headed to Tsukiji Market on the morning of 22 April 2024 Left the hotel at around 11 am that day, and we had a conversation in the lift.
