“Brilliant city hotel with friendly staff”

The rooms are very comfortable and one of the best equipped we have stayed in.....everything is anticipated even down to a steamer for your clothes. Toiletries were plentiful. Breakfast was excellent choice with perfect service. Highly recommend

The 3-star hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many public transport options. It has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. It has a cosy lobby where you can have free tea and coffee. We had a standard twin room on the 6th floor. This room was very small, which is probably normal in Japan. We couldn't leave our suitcases open, there was too little space. Unfortunately, there was not a single wardrobe for clothes in the room, only a few clothes hooks. The beds were comfortable, the pillows a bit too firm, but we requested and received softer pillows. You can also ask for an extra blanket. The room window could be opened to about 20 cm. The rooms on the street side (entrance) are very quiet by city standards and so a pleasant fresh air came in. The rooms on the other side look onto a building on a very narrow alley. In the evening and early in the morning there is a penetrating smell of food in the room. If you need more space you should book a category higher, this room is really much bigger. Of course there was a fridge and a tea/coffee machine. The bathroom was also small. There were lots of nice toiletries and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. And best of all, of course, are the marvellous toilets....... Breakfast takes place where the restaurant is in the evening. It is a pleasant room, the buffet has everything you could wish for. If something is not there, just ask. Note: There is not much for vegans. But that was a bit difficult throughout Tokyo. The food in Japan is very meat- and fish-heavy. Vegans should inform themselves well in advance! It's a shame that the hotel doesn't have a gym or sauna/wellness centre.

“Well-managed Tokyo hotel”

Clean, very well maintained 11 story hotel in business area. Five minute walk to Zojo-ji temple which is well worth visit. Take a walk behind temple, too. Extremely courteous staff! There’s an onsen (bath) on site. Plentiful buffet breakfast is included.
