“Nice Hotel”
My room has a great view of the city. It's near Nakano jr station. The room is clean, small and nice. The staff is helpful. Need to go to reception counter floor first and than change a lift to get to your floor.

“Go up 16 floors to the front desk”
A little odd setup. Not sure if the right side of this sidescraper was a giant wedding hall, but the hotel office began on 16 and a separate elevator went to the hotel rooms. “ideal if you are attending a trade show or event in the building”
basic hotel, clean, quiet, and right by the train station. Nakano Sunplaza hotel is a 20 floor structure with events and facilities supporting the events with the hotel reception on the 16th floor and rooms on the 16-19th floor. “Larger than average rooms but bland breakfast”
I stay here often because I do business in Nakano. The rooms are large on Japanese standards but small for 2 adults and suitcases. Excellent location and walking distance to the station. “average place..2 stars”
friendly front desk but room was old and smelly (mildew). you have to turn in the key to front desk every time you leave the hotel, which is a huge inconvenience. No other places we stayed at required that so not sure what management was after. Overall the place is OK. 2 stars at best
