“Excellent experience in the time of need”

This hotel is thoroughly impressive from the moment we were greeted in the lobby. “MANDARIN ORIENTAL JAPAN”

This time, I brought my family along for an Easter break, and it was an aptly rejuvenating experience. From the moment we arrived till the morning we departed, we were treated like treasured memb... more

Granted, my family typically does not stay at top tier hotels, but our expectations were certainly met in almost all categories. The gratefulness of this review is primarily based on somewhat of an emergency when my child became ill in the middle of the night. Upon calling guest services at 2 am an impressive response from Mr. Okazaki and his team escorted us to the appropriate care to get my child treatment to the hospital. I am very thankful for their training, preparation, and professionalism. He should be proud of the team assembled throughout the hotel. The spa and breakfast buffet were also outstanding and worth the visit alone. Although similar items are offered at the restaurants and in room service, my reccommendation would be to visit the restaurants in person to experience the service from wonderful staff. We will be back on our next trip to tokyo and are grateful for the services that were provided to our family, and to thank Mr Okazaki personally.
