“Great hotel in a nice area.”
The hotel is right beside the Kawasaki JR train station. The area is accessible to everything— malls, restaurants, Haneda airport train. It is locared 10 minutes by train from Shinagawa. “Average and poor customer service”
Small cramped corner room with only 1 seat. Tv to side of bed so you can't see it. Sink was in the bedroom and every time you moved at Night the lights went on. 2 small windows with not a great view. “Dont expect Too Much”
As expected not to arrive in Japan early beco check in are post 1 pm, rooms are small cramped, poor storage for two large suitcases and of course smallest bath soak tubs. Huge hotel. Beautiful entrance. Nice ladies speaking some English.
