“Average and poor customer service”

Our room was below the bar so noisy with them moving chairs. Breakfast was good and service good. Eateries all close early. No where to get a drink except in the top bar where they charged a cover charge. I thought when you stayed at a hotel you should be able to use the bar. Tried to complain and no one was interested. Had dinner at the teppanyaki restaurant and food was good but expensive. From the moment we arrived we felt they wanted us to go.

There is no onsite bar or 24x7 cafe or room service. I guess many hotels in Japan do not have such facility unless the luxury ones. Only advantage is plenty of eating places, close to JR railway station and shopping areas.

Location hotel very good near railway station. French restaurant spectaculair but not up to standard.wet cloth stays on table during dinner.English not understood though of good will to help. Portion size rather small. Only 2 menus as option.
