Very welcoming. Excellent room, food and service. Shower and bath were very modern. Air conditioning was great. Very polite staff and service. Located near a train station. Tokyo tower is nearby. Wifi works well. So many restaurants to choose from. Amazing hotel.

Booked 2 rooms under my name and 1 under my brother's name as both of us have Ambassador membership. We arrived early but had about 8 groups in front of us for checking in at Club Lounge. We had afternoon tea while we waited. And i think Ann was the one who managed to get us a last minute booking at their Teppanyaki restaurant upstairs. We were split into 2 tables as the restaurant was really booked up. I was upgraded to the Kaze Suite and it was a very lovely room with a good layout, comfortable beds, big bathroom and living area. Even had a welcome gift of confectionery box waiting for us in our room! Housekeeping came by very promptly with my requested choice of firm pillows. So we ended up with a good assortment of pillows. We used everyone! The pillows included: - Large soft square - Small firm square - Rect long med firm - Extra foam pillow - Extra small foam pillow I liked that the bathroom was cream coloured tiles and flooring - not so claustrophobic feeling which was great!Good quality toilet paper and heated bidet too. Appreciated the electronic window blinds. Plus there was plenty of space for our luggages. If you choose to stay at the Mizu Suite, there is a sofa bed. So it is recommended for a family of 4 but you need to inform the hotel in advance and they will charge you and set it up accordingly. The Teppanyaki restaurant manager Kenta-san (sorry if i mis-spell) was very observant and kept note of my allergies. The food was good and the sour cassis sorbet was excellent! The kids set was very worth it. I like that we had a choice of himalayan and maldon sea salt for our beef. We were offered breakfast choices at both the lounge and the main restaurant. However, the lounge opening hours would not be suitable as we had early starts each day. The lounge opens later so use that if you are not in a rush. If you have young kids, you will need to use the top floor lounge instead as there are 2 levels. Breakfast at the main lobby restaurant included - Gluten free bread - Sugar free jam - Takeaway cups ( for those who need coffee to go) - Soft serve ice cream - Mustard spinach+ banana+ apple smoothie And they are thoughtful enough to include wet wipes at the bread counter!! Hotel is well located. We walked to Nobu Tokyo and had a great dinner there. Private tour pick-up at the 2nd floor lobby was easy. They were allowed to wait for us for 5 minutes without any issue from security. Oh, when we first arrived, there was a wedding in the lobby. It looked very regal 💕❤️! In case you plan to have your wedding there 😉 Side note: we walked twice in two days (so convenient) to the coin laundromat which was opposite the hotel. I think it closed about 9pm? 4 washers - each 32 min ¥500 4 dryers - ¥100/min but you need minimum 30min cycle. Powder detergent is sold at ¥30 - you can use for several washes. Dryer sheet at ¥50/pc. Note that you must take an underpass to get across the road. So there are many stairs but the journey isn't far. I will choose to stay here when i go back Tokyo.
