“Perfect for first trip to Japan”
First trip to Japan and this was my first stop. This hotel was incredible, clean, provided all necessities for travel and the staff were so helpful. I arrived at 2am due to my flight and this was no issue for staff. Many restaurants, cafes and shops near by, close to station and easy to navigate.

“Great value hotel.”
Great location for exploring the area and for the train station. Very comfortable and quiet room, no noise at all. Small room, but big bed. Small toilet/sink area but big wet room shower/bath, with loads of hot water and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

“Great value in Kabukicho”
I stayed in Villa Fontaine Shinjuku for about 10 days during a recent business trip, and I found it to be terrific for the cost. Very clean rooms that are a decent size with a good sized bathroom, great friendly staff and a great location on the edge of Kabukicho...so not noisy, but close enough to… more

“Good value for money for a short stay”
Well located hotel. The rooms are very clean and well equipped with useful stuff. The rooms are very small. There is very little space. It was difficult to open our suitcases. The room is more for one person. The bed is very hard and not comfortable.
