A typical modern luxury hotel, with all essential facilities. It is located within five minutes’ walk to a rail station and a Shopping Outlet. “A night away from Tokyo”
Just having a night away from Tokyo. Arrived early but straight into our room asked about a sea view but extra ¥6000 which is a bit steep really . All very clean and tidy and modern. Very quiet also. Buffet menu for dinner which all looks very nice

“Very comfortable ”
After spending a 2 weeks moving around japan, we were looking for a bigger and more luxurious hotel. We found it. Larger rooms, comfy bed and Wi-fi - who could ask for more? Throw in free breakfast and you have a comfortable, friendly stay. There’s a pay for shuttle to the airport so no worries ... more

I hadn't stayed at New Otani for a number of years and enjoyed this return visit. Staff as always are on the ball, pleasant and engaged.
