“Grand Prince Hotel”
Received great service during checkin with Ms Takahara. Was here last month in October the service was OK but not as warm as Ms. Takahara. Keep up the great service. Both hotels under Prince are good. The OLD Prince has a nicer and nice smell lobby.

“Somewhat dated but comfortable”
Stayed here as part of a group tour. Rooms were roomy and had nice balconies. Little clothes storage space -- we just lived out of suitcases. “Could be a great hotel”
Overall, this is a nice hotel. The pros: Very friendly staff, incredibly comfortable bed, very good buffet breakfast with so many choices, and the lobby looks very polished and upmarket. “Good stay”
The hotel was very close to the Shinagawa station but the way back was uphill. The hotel could try to extend their shuttle service to the station - that would be helpful for guests. The staff were polite and courteous and we enjoyed our stay here.

“Rooms are very dated but good location for trip back to airport. ”
We just stayed one night, the hotel is very dated and our room had a strange smell. The bed was also very uncomfortable felt like I was sleeping on a plank of wood and I always disliked a shower curtain, the pool was closed even though it was warm it is only open July and August.
