“Consistent Exceptional Service”
I have stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita a number of times in the last year and the level of service that has been provided has always been exceptional. “Great hotel, great price, great breakfast, great service - all the greats HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”
First some perspective. Last night we stayed at the Pullman Hotel at the Brisbane Airport for A$320 per night, the next door Ibis Hotel comes in a bit cheaper at around A$260. “The vest hospitality”
3歳の息子と母の二人旅でとてもお世話になりました。息子がお部屋を汚してしまったところ迅速に対応してくださいました。帰りの際、フロントにて「息子さんの体調は大丈夫ですか？」と気遣って頂きありがとうございました。又、ロビーやレストラン、バスの運転手の方にも優しく息子にお声がけして頂きとても嬉しかったです。お部屋もとても綺麗に掃除してあり、ベッドの下やコーナー、お風呂場も清潔感のがあり息子がどこを触っても安心でした。世界中に沢山のホテルが在りますがここでは本当のホスピタリティを感じました。また成田空港を使用する際は是非滞在したいです。 This hotel has the best hosp... more

Free shuttle service to and from hotel from airport was a bonus. This from my experience is purely a stopover hotel and not along stopover at that!
